FREE GROUND SHIPPING ON ALL AREA RUGS AND RUG PADS
Currently we are offering free ground shipping on all area rugs and rug pads shipped within the continental United States. Area rugs and rug pads shipped to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Canada will incur shipping charges; for more information please see INFORMATION REGARDING SHIPMENTS TO ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO, AND CANADA. Please note, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO addresses, or addresses outside of the US and Canada. For more information, please e-mail shipping@craftrugs.com.

SHIPPING CHARGES ON ALL ACCESSORIES
A per-item shipping charge will added to cleaners, vacuums, and installer supplies shipped within the continental United States. Cleaners, vacuums, and installer supplies shipped to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Canada will incur shipping charges; for more information please see INFORMATION REGARDING SHIPMENTS TO ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO, AND CANADA. If you are shopping online, this charge will be added to the unit price of each item when it is added to the cart. If you are shopping by phone, fax, or mail, this charge will be added to the subtotal of your order and will be reflected in the unit price of that item in your e-mail confirmation.

OVERSIZED SHIPMENTS
Depending on the manufacturer and item, certain rugs and rug pads cannot be shipped using UPS, FEDEX, or DHL, and must be shipped using a freight company like Roadway Express. Although you will not be charged for this, you will be responsible for removing the item(s) from the truck and for being home during your scheduled delivery time. If you fail to do so, the carrier may impose home delivery or redelivery fees, which you would be responsible for. For more information, please e-mail shipping@craftrugs.com.

SHIPMENTS TO ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO, AND CANADA
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada will be assessed a shipping charge in accordance with the chart below. If you are shopping online, this charge will be added at checkout. If you are shopping by phone, fax, or mail, this charge will be added to your the subtotal of your order and will be reflected as shipping charges in your e-mail confirmation. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after they are placed and generally ship within 2-10 business days based on the vendor. Below, are estimates of when you can expect to receive items based on the vendor's typical lead time.

If the item you ordered is in stock:
  • Karastan rugs typically arrive within 7-10 days from the date your order is proccesed.
  • Mohawk Select rugs typically arrive within 2 weeks from the date your order is processed.
  • Oriental Weavers-Sphinx rugs typically arrive within 7-10 days from the date your order is processed.
  • Braided rugs from Rhody Rugs typically arrive within 7-10 days from the date your order is processed.
  • Shaw rugs typically arrive within 7-10 days from the date your order is processed.
  • Home Dynamix rugs arrive within 7-10 days from the date your order is processed.
  • Concord Global Rugs typically arrive within 7-10 days from the date your order is processed.
  • Rug Pads and accessories typically arrive within 7-10 days from the date your order is processed.
  • Braided rugs from Colonial Mills are built when ordered and typically will arrive within 2-4 weeks from the date your order is processed.
  • Framed Art typically will arrive within 5-7 days from the date your order is processed.

If the item you ordered is backordered, a representative will contact you before processing the order.

Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada, can expect to receive their order within 2-3 weeks from the date their order is processed.
