Did your order not arrive?
If the tracking information shows that your order has been delivered, but you have not yet it, please e-mail shipping@craftrugs.com.


Did you receive a damaged or defective item?
Please e-mail shipping@craftrugs.com and we will happily expedite you a replacement.


Are you missing an item?
In order to fill your order quickly and efficiently with items already in stock at different distribution centers, we may have split your order into multiple shipments. If you have not received all of the item(s) listed in your shipment notification e-mail, then this is the case; rest assured that you will not be charged any additional shipping costs for subsequent shipments of the same order.
